Narcis Alispahić je rođen 1983. godine u Zenici, diplomirao je na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu 2008.godine.
...Umetnost je naivan i komforan poziv, lepo je biti umetnik, nekom, negde, pa čak i ovde... Mada, postoji jedan kliše po kome nastaje umetnost, a to je nemir, koji natopljen životom koji nas okružuje teži da se izrazi. Pravu umetnost ćete teško naći tamo gde je udobno i pospano, naći ćete je ćešće tamo gde društvo puca, gde se meša ulični jezik, mali ljudi, veliki problemi, humor i lepota. Bila angažovana ili ne svaka je umetnost lažna ako je dvaput rečena, kliše je sve što se napiše, na kraju ostaje samo slika, onakva kakva jeste, čak i ako pokazuje prizore rata, tranzicije, lavirinte besmisla i kiča, slika može biti samo dobra ili loša, ako nije lepa onda ubacimo jednu lepu žensku figuru u ugao.

Narcis Alispahić was born in 1983 in Zenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina), he graduated from the Novi Sad Arts Academy in 2008.
… art is a naive and comfortable vocation, it is pleasant to be an artist, to someone, somewhere, even here… However, a cliché exists which says art arises out of unrest, which soaked by the life which surrounds us strives to express itself. Only with difficulty will you find real art where it is comfortable and sleepy, you will encounter it more often where society is on the brink of explosion, where street jargon, little people, large problems, humor and beauty merge. Whether it is engaged or not all art is fake if repeated twice, or if all that is written is a cliché, at the end only a painting remains, such as it is, even if it depicts scenes of war, transition, labyrinths of nonsense and kitsch, a painting can only be good or bad, if it is not beautiful we can always throw in an attractive female figure into a corner.
